Dosage Guidelines
Following the Trim Cleanse System® is easy. Take your Trim Cleanse® until the bottle gone (about two weeks). Then take your Trim Support® for the remainder of the month.
Trim Cleanse® jump starts the body’s process of elimination and detoxification. Trim Support® continues the detoxification and cleansing process. The bottom line: Take Trim Support® whenever you are not taking Trim Cleanse®.
Directions for Trim Cleanse®:
Begin by taking a smaller number of capsules (2-3), then increase dosage (up to 5 capsules per serving) as desired. Take one bottle (70 capsules) per month only.Directions for Trim Support®:
Take 2-5 capsules twice daily.Great results!
To get the greatest benefit take capsules with an 8 ounce glass of water, eat one serving of fruit, then drink another 8 ounce glass of water and eat your healthy meal as usual.
